These terms explain how orders are placed, paid for and supplied by Made and Found UK.
1. About Made and Found UK
Made and Found UK is the trading name of A Thompsett, a sole trader. Our business address is 8 Millview Meadows, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1EF. Contact us at hello@madeandfounduk.com. We are not registered for UK VAT and do not charge UK VAT.
Your purchase is from Made and Found UK. Printify and its selected print providers make and dispatch physical products on our behalf. We remain responsible to you for your order and your statutory consumer rights.
2. Products
Physical products are made to order. Some products are personalised with a name, message or image; others have a standard design. A product being printed after an order is placed does not by itself make it a personalised product for cancellation purposes. Product pages describe the materials, dimensions, size guidance and options. Mock-ups and screen colours may differ slightly from the finished item, which will still match its description.
Digital products are downloadable files. Ready-made files are supplied after payment and approval. Bespoke digital designs are prepared for you and supplied when complete. Each listing explains what is included and how it will be delivered.
3. Prices, delivery charges and taxes
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price and delivery charge are shown before you place an order. We do not add an unagreed charge after accepting an order. If you order from outside the UK, local taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination and fulfilment route. We will not describe a destination charge as paid unless it is included at checkout.
Digital downloads are currently available to customers in the United Kingdom only. Physical products may be ordered for the international destinations shown at checkout.
4. Personalisation and artwork
Please check spellings, dates, colours, sizes and delivery details before paying. We review personalised artwork before releasing it for production. If we need clarification or cannot fulfil a request, we will contact you. We will ask before making a material design change.
Only send images or text that you own or have permission to use. You give us and the relevant fulfilment partners permission to use that material only to prepare and supply your order. You keep ownership of your material. We will not use private customer artwork in public marketing without separate permission.
5. Orders and payment
Stripe processes payments. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Your order is accepted after payment is verified and we send an order confirmation. If an accepted item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution or refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
For digital content supplied during the cancellation period, checkout asks you to expressly request that supply begins and acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost when supply begins. We record your choice and confirm it in the order email. This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty or does not match its description.
6. Production and delivery
Production time is separate from delivery time. The product page and checkout show the applicable estimates, delivery charge and restrictions before payment. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Products may be produced or dispatched separately. Digital delivery details are explained in our Delivery policy.
7. Cancellations and returns
Please read our Returns & refunds policy. Eligible standard physical goods have statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights. The exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not made to the agreed specification. Digital content has separate cancellation rules, explained in that policy. Contact us for return instructions; do not send a return to Printify or a print provider without our instructions.
8. Complaints and liability
Contact hello@madeandfounduk.com with your order reference and an explanation of the issue. We will investigate and explain the next steps. You do not have to pursue Printify yourself to exercise your rights against us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections or court rights that apply where you live.
10. Order information
We send an order confirmation by email. The terms and cancellation information that applied when you placed your order govern that purchase. Please keep your confirmation and order details.
