Can I personalise my gift?
Each eligible product has its own options. Add names, choose colours and attach a private reference image where offered. Check the spelling carefully, and edit your details in the basket before checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Product pages and checkout show the applicable production and delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, and some destinations may take longer.
Will my artwork go straight to print?
No. Paid personalised orders enter a manual artwork queue. An administrator reviews the details and prepares approved artwork before any supplier submission.
Can I download a digital purchase?
Ready-made files are delivered after verified payment. Bespoke digital designs are prepared manually. Private download links have an expiry and a download limit.
Is the shop open?
You can order products marked available on their product pages. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout.
